No, BELIBOX does not require an internet connection. Purchasers will use their own phone’s data plan to make transactions, ensuring the machine works even in locations without WiFi access.
BELIBOX is fully battery-powered and runs on a set of 3 AA batteries, which typically last between 9 to 12 months, depending on usage.
BELIBOX only supports cashless payments through secure e-payment methods. This eliminates the hassle of handling cash and enhances security for both guests and operators.
Sales Monitoring: You can track sales and view detailed sales reports using the BELIBOX Staff App.
Restocking: After items are sold, restock the machine using the BELIBOX Staff App, which also helps monitor inventory.
Each BELIBOX machine holds 7 items in total. The frequency of restocking depends on sales volume, and you can easily track stock levels through the BELIBOX Staff App.
While we cannot completely prevent vandalism, BELIBOX is designed to minimize risks. The machine features “tamper-proof” mechanisms such as doors with side flaps. Additionally, since BELIBOX is placed inside your property, the likelihood of vandalism is minimal.
All purchases are processed through a master merchant account. Funds will be transferred to your designated account on the 15th and 30th of each month.
